Participation
We hope to interact with each of you throughout the course of the wedding. Here are some things you can do to join our celebration.
Schtick, Toasts, Family Feud
If you would like to participate in any of these activities (or all three!), please fill out this Google form to help us coordinate the zoom call. More information can be found in your email.
Apple Cider, Signature Cocktail, and Mason Jars
We encourage you to sign on to the call with your drink in hand! We recommend everyone to drink apple cider, a favorite autumn drink of Jason and Marla. The Mason Jarla is our cider-themed signature cocktail, invented by our resident mixologist, Steve Rute. It contains cider, lemon juice, maple syrup, and your favorite spirit. Feel free to adapt it to your tastes, or to just drink plain hard or soft apple cider.
For an added shared experience, we encourage you to drink it out of a mason jar.
Hanging Out
Be sure to join the Zoom call early or to stay after to get some face time with the bride and groom. We look forward to chatting with you all.

Charity Donations
Marla and Jason are fortunate enough to have what they need to establish a household. In place of a traditional wedding gift, consider giving to Black Girls Code.
It's a fact and a problem that not everyone in our society has access to the same opportunities. Black girls code combats this by teaching black girls aged 7-17 about video game design, app development, and robotics.

Honeymoon Fund
Our honeymoon to Costa Rica is delayed until it is safe to travel. We were able to get refunds or credits for our original plans, so we will still be able to take advantage of your contributions to our Costa Rica honeymoon fund. We will also be taking a mini-honeymoon to Cape Cod after the wedding.
If you would like to help make either vacation special, we have a honeymoon fund here.
